What GuardLink is
GuardLink is a job marketplace for security professionals in New York City, Long Island and Westchester County. We list openings from employers and from job sources we are permitted to use. GuardLink is not the employer, is not a staffing agency, and is not party to any hiring decision. Applications are completed on the employer's own site.
For job seekers
- GuardLink is free. We will never charge you to see or apply to a job.
- Keep your profile accurate. Licenses and certifications are self-declared here; employers verify them at hire, and misrepresenting them is grounds for removal.
- One account per person. Don't share your login.
For employers
- Post only real, currently open positions you are authorised to fill.
- Pay, hours, schedule and license requirements must be accurate. Don't publish a rate you don't intend to pay.
- No fees may be charged to applicants for training, licensing, uniforms or placement as a condition of being considered.
- Listings are reviewed before they appear, and may be removed at our discretion.
- Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.
Job accuracy
We show when a listing was posted, last updated and last verified, and we never invent missing details - a job without a published rate reads “Pay not disclosed”. Even so, listings can go stale between checks. If something looks wrong, use the report link on the listing.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site, resell listings, post fraudulent jobs, or attempt to access other people's accounts, resumes or data.
No guarantee
GuardLink is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that a listing is current, accurate, or that any application results in employment.
